• Poor Mobile Usability: Many Arthiyas and farmers use smartphones, but the portal is not optimized for smaller screens, making data entry difficult.
• Inaccurate Updates: Land records, farmer details, and crop entries sometimes don’t save properly, forcing users to repeat the process.
• Time Loss: Farmers wait in mandis while Arthiyas struggle to upload data, creating unnecessary delays and dissatisfaction.

Impact on Arthiyas & Farmers

Because of these issues, Arthiyas are unable to update farmer land records on time. Farmers are forced to wait longer, facing extra hassle. Payments and crop procurement are also delayed, affecting trust and smooth mandi functioning.

In Kharar and Daun Majra mandis, Arthiyas have reported that the system is so slow it becomes almost unusable during peak season.
